By using VibePaste, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Descripción del Servicio

VibePaste is a free service for instantly sharing text, code, and files up to 2 MB. No registration required. Text pastes are permanent. Pastes with attached files expire automatically after 24 hours. The service periodically deletes expired files.

3. Responsabilidad del Usuario

You are responsible for the content you upload. Do not share sensitive, illegal, or third-party rights-violating information. Pastes are public: anyone with the code or URL can view their content.

4. Usos Prohibidos

The following is prohibited:\n- Uploading illegal content, malware, or spam.\n- Attempting to access other users' files.\n- Abusing rate limiting or the API.\n- Reusing the service for permanent file hosting.\n- Sharing third-party personal information without consent.

5. Sin Garantías

VibePaste is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee availability, content integrity, or uninterrupted access.

6. Limitación de Responsabilidad

VibePaste is not responsible for losses, damages, or consequences arising from service use. Content is the sole responsibility of its creator.
